Are there economic D40 lenses with optical plastic?

I like the blur of plastic optical lenses, but can not afford to buy a toy camera and start investing in the film (again!). So I wonder if there is a way I can look fuzzy my D40 with photoshop. None of these lenses for digital SLR cameras? Is it possible that perhaps you could manage a goal / Diana Holga camera in my body photo?

Even an objective exist, it would probably cost much more than the price of a Holga and a few rolls of film.
