Contact Orders?
Hello. I try to order off-line contacts. My old contacts Frequency 55 Aspheric. However, in both case, says only -3.75 and -2.75. OD or OS does not say or what is the right and left. Does it matter? I just for them one way or another and to change if they are upside down? I know that my right eye is weaker so that recipe would be -3.75 or -2.75? Is it my right or the good doctor? I'm confused.
